I don't have a pic, but while in Clinton and Sabula a few days ago, we saw banners hanging on lightposts called "Hometown Heroes". It depicted someone from that town that looked like they currently serve in the military, with their photo, name, rank, and which branch they serve in.
I think something like this could work in Peoria.
