While this is tempting is all I have to do is think of unreliable employees and nightmare customers and screw that comes to my head. I can make brats and German food as well or better than they did, so if I want something.......
But HEY for all those people out there who are pissed off that there aren't any/enough vegan/non-lactose/gluten free restaurants out there, here's your chance.
Hofbrau permanently closed/far sale/lease
don't be a gluten-phobe kev. Some people have legit allergies.kevwr1962 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 26, 2021 3:16 pm https://www.pjstar.com/story/news/local ... 5NlLuFverA

I'm not really, and have family and friends who suffer from various, but I've been subjected to less than kind "WHY DON'T YOU HAVE MORE THAN THREE (fill in the blank) ITEMS ON YOUR MENU?!?!?!! Ummmm......sorry, but I'm not a (fill in the blank) restaurant. Now if one would call ahead and say "Hey, we'd like to come to your restaurant tomorrow night and we were wondering if it would be possible to have a (fill in the blank) version of (pick a menu item), I'm more than accommodating, But don't go to Alexander's and be pissed they only have one fish option.AV8R wrote: ↑Fri Feb 26, 2021 3:19 pmdon't be a gluten-phobe kev. Why do I feel some sort of ridiculous retort will occur in 3.........2........1...........

Curious if anyone has anyone made the pilgrimage to Gibson City for Bayern Stube? Sounds like this would be the weekend for their wild game Hunter's Feast menu special.

Their favorite go to place is the Country Kettle, a local breakfast, lunch, dinner place.kevwr1962 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 26, 2021 3:16 pm https://www.pjstar.com/story/news/local ... 5NlLuFverA

F**k these insane trackers, this place is not a healthy debate of issues anymore, just a bunch of folks trying to outdo one another. Where is the cancel account button?

If I'm not mistaken, though, it is for sale.RPlant wrote: ↑Sat Feb 27, 2021 5:56 amMy younger daughter and her husband lives in Gibson City, not too far from this place. My Gibson City daughter and son in law visited Sunday. They have eaten at the Bayern Stube restaurant a couple times, saying it's very good. But they haven't been back for about 2-3 years because of my daughter's IBS condition.
