A church member isn't required to tithe!?! That's organized religion 101.
I don't know if his church requires tithing to be a member. I also don't know why you continue to bring up this red herring. Nothing about tithing was mentioned in the video.
Can you refute any of the points he made in the video about Roman Catholicism, or are you just throwing spaghetti at the wall again?

Pretty easy to find his position on tithing.
R.C. Sproul: What Does the Bible Say About Christian Tithing?

... we systematically rob God when we don’t tithe. Let me repeat that. Malachi’s teaching indicates that when we fail to tithe, we are not merely robbing the church, the clergy, or Christian educators—we are robbing God Himself.
Why should we give a hang about Sproul's position on the RC Church? Are you going to next enlighten us with passages from the Protocols of the Elders of Zion?

But the discussion was not about tithing, it was about the Roman Catholic church being a counterfeit version of Christianity. I didn't need to look up his views on tithing because I knew that whatever his stance, it would be supported biblically.
Once again, you are grasping at straws because you can't give a refutation of anything he said about the RC church.
The link in the last post has the article broken into three parts. The following link has it in one part in case anybody is interested.

Pretty sure we're not. Have you looked into a Truth Social account?

Are you going to refute any of Sproul's points, or will you continue to deflect? Let me know, so I can stop wasting my time trying to convince your foolish self of the truth.

IMO, this thread never should been posted in this sub forum. The OP should have known it would get political and delve into religion.

Again, a LOCAL story. Religion might be as taboo as politics, but there isn't a religion forum - only LOCAL NEWS.
