All of the bays in all NASCAR tracks were checked and there was one rope pull tied into a noose...and it happened to be the lone black driver’s bay.

In my opinion, pushing the narrative on this non-story just belittles REAL hate crimes.

You got that right, especially all these ladies that are calling cops on African-Americans simply because they are nearby doing normal things. Like painting words on their own house. Or using a apartment complex gym or pool where they live. Or sitting at a Starbucks having a meeting with a client. It's really ridiculous when an African American housing inspector had to call the police non-emergency number to let them know he was in a neighborhood doing his job so someone wouldn't call the cops on him, thinking he was "suspicious".

I was talking more about the slaughter of African-Americans in Chicago.
Among the 16 people killed there this past weekend, was 3-year-old Mehki James, an African-American, who was shot dead while in his car seat. His killer is still at large. Why are we wasting media coverage on a garage door pull, while ignoring this horrendous murder?

Because this "noose" or door pull loop was clearly tied 9 months in advance in the one stall that they somehow KNEW Bubba would be assigned, oh and they also knew 9 months ago that this would be the first race after banning the confederate flag, AND A WHITE GUY DID IT!!!!
The other is just a black child murdered by another black person. Nothing to see here, and certainly NOTHING TO BLAME ON WHITEY.

The Chicago homicides have been happening for so many years that only the Chicago media covers them. Rest of country have become pretty numb to them. After all, it's just mostly "Blacks killing Blacks", right? I'm sure White Supremacists, KKK, and other racist groups applaud any killings to 'thin the herd', so to speak. It's still atrocious, an outrage that even 1 person dies any day due to shootings, black or white.
New gun laws won't work. Folks need to amp up locking their guns away. Most guns used in homicides are stolen guns. And folks need to protest to local, state, and National government lawmakers to finally, finally, PLEASE step in to do something to stop the bloodshed. Most media and websites outside of Chicago won't report this news daily; it doesn't generate viewers, clicks, or as much ad revenue as other news about police-AA deaths or "Karens calling cops" stories.

It is sort of a catch 22 situation isn't it? For local, state or Federal governments to move against illegal guns, it would take a coordinated effort and force. Criminals aren't going to give up their illegal guns they are using to kill each other without a fight which would probably lead to more deaths of citizens at the hands of the government and with it, more protests.

Here is a novel thought. Let end user marijuana folk out of prison. Same with other minor offenses. Get them in some sort of a work release program. If they complete it, wipe their record so they have a clean record so they are easy to employ. Then start locking up these people up illegally possessing, using, and selling weapons. for LONG periods of time. I bet you see these shootings and gun crimes drop. Last year, I followed the Peoria County Commitment report for June, July, August. There were 61 felons charged with "a felon in possession of a weapon". 22 possession of a stolen weapon (which most likely means the rest of the offenses were committed by someone who bought guns for these people or they may have legally possessed them at one time or went to another "lenient" state and bought it themselves). Each of these illegal possessions had some sort of violence associated with them. We need to put pressure on our lawmakers, because what is the sentence for a felon in possession of a firearm? 2 years minimum, which they could be out in one, even less with time served. Now, how safe do you feel? How about 20 years, no time off for good behavior, no early parole. Heck, large scale meth dealers and child pornographers have received LIFE sentences. As for locking up my guns, they are. My home is locked. I'm under the impression that most people who steal guns, don't use them. They sell them to support another bad habit.

No, this is not a government or law enforcement issue. This is a cultural issue. Rampant fatherlessness, victim mentality, snitches get stitches, hip hop, gangs, etc. Those are issues that need fixed from the inside. Stop blaming white people, the government, and the police.

That’s my point. Why do we all know the names George Floyd (or, George Kirby, if you’re Nancy Pelosi
) and Bubba Wallace, but not the name Mehki James? Didn’t HIS Black life matter? Do you know that Mehki’s father was the intended target of the shooting? Do you know that Mehki’s father refuses to tell the police who shot at them? Why isn’t the Black community outraged by this?
Where’s the live coverage of his funeral?
Where’s his golden casket, paid for by a celebrity?
Just another dead Black child. But let’s spend days hand-wringing over a garage door pull, instead.
