Have you put your application in for any of these job openings yet? I know that you have a major interest and concern for the betterment of Peoria, and you seem to think you have all of the answers. You should put your expertise to use. I would love to see how you would Make Peoria Great Again.

Nope, and I don't plan to. Have you? You criticized Trump constantly. Have you thought about running for president?

You are correct.

Never said that.

Never said I was an expert, but I have shared a few ideas on this forum in the past that I believe would help.

You use this line of reasoning a lot, but it just further exposes your hypocrisy. You criticize many politicians on the Right, but I don't see you signing up to run against them. You complain about too many guns, but I don't see you doing anything about it. You complain about politicians lying, but you don't investigate and expose their lies in a blog or some other medium.

Do us all a favor. Next time you want to make this foolish argument, keep it to yourself, I won't be replying.

I used to think about running for President when I was much younger, but then I realized that I wasn't really Presidential material.
I criticized Trump often because he deserved criticism. He was in charge of OUR country and continually tried to LIE his way through everything. I haven't seen our Mayor lying to us.
I will continue to post my opinions here at We Are Peoria as it is an open forum for local opinions. I live in Peoria, you don't,....but each of our opinions carry the same weight. That is how open forums work.
If you choose not to respond that is your prerogative. Sometimes it is best that you don't respond because you also have blinders on.

Good. So how about you start letting people post their opinions and stop with posts like these?

And you are just an unbiased, independent voter, right?

You didn't fix anything for me. You just continued to bitch and moan about the Mayor of a county that you don't even live in.

Those are my opinions, why are you trying to change my opinion?

And yes,..I am an Independent voter. And an Independent thinker too.

There you go again pointing out where I live. It is irrelevant. I have spent much time and money in Peoria in the past and will in the future. I have a stake in the matter. Instead of bringing up your lame argument ad nauseam, why don't you refute my posts with facts and evidence?
CCubs wrote: Sun Jan 02, 2022 4:22 pm Those are my opinions, why are you trying to change my opinion?
Isn't that one of the main reasons for discussing the issues, to try and change opinions?

Your posts suggest otherwise. You always defend the Left and always criticize the Right.

AND,...... there you go again with your same rhetoric and one-sided narrative.

Be specific. Where is the "rhetoric and one-sided narrative"?
