troll - to post inflammatory, inappropriate, controversial, or polarizing messages online for the purpose of cultivating animosity, upsetting others, or provoking a response.
How can I troll a site that I can't post on?

Hmm, let's see. 503 service error all morning. I don't socialize with the Board Moderator on other platforms to IM to get it fixed.
So your parsed definition of trolling, neglects that you troll a site you are banned from and then post about it here. That would be trolling.

I wouldn't call it trolling, either. Spying perhaps is also too strong a word. Sneaking to see what's happening in a Chat Board Kingdom he's not king of is more like it.
