Extremely sad news for local WMBD News anchor, Mark Welp. His beautiful daughter, Emma has passed away after a very brief time in hospice. I had seen a Facebook post from Mark on Saturday about bringing her home instead of further treatment. I had not heard about her passing. It's a very sad situation losing a child at a young age, but now she is in the comfort of heaven, as an angel and no pain.
