We. Are. Peoria (Area)

Thank you to all of you who have served!

as well as spouses of service members. In a large way, they also served.

I believe a brother of my dad's served in the Pacific near the end of WWII. It's possible another brother of his may have served, but not totally sure. Same goes for a couple of uncle's on my mom's side. I do know a cousin of mine did 2-3 stints in Vietnam as a medic. My father in law was in Germany in the Army during the Korean War, but he never saw combat. He worked on radios.
I've also had some cousins' sons that served in the military in various roles, as well as the son of a church friend. He has since left the service.

I applaud and thank anyone that serves our country in the military.

To all who have served, a heart full of appreciation for your service goes out to you from me

Shout out to all who had the stones to serve and not take the better offer when it came along.
