Amazon in talks with Simon Properties to fill empty mall anchor stores with Amazon fulfillment centers. Yes, I know Northwoods isn't owned by Simon anymore. But the old Shopko on Allen Road could be a good site.

Would really like to see that old Shopko building put to use. Pretty easy connection to the interstate highway system, so would make a decent distribution center. I don't know who owns that building.
