Matthew Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on Friends, was found dead in Los Angeles earlier today. He was 54. Foul play is not suspected and no drugs or alcohol were found at the scene, but Perry admitted in his biography to having struggled with both for decades.

May he find the peace that eluded him for so long here on Earth

My family and I enjoyed watching Friends for many years. Matthew Perry's character was one of the funniest. In an article I read today, Jennifer Aniston said he was funny on and off the set.

However, I had no clue about his addictions until I read about them today. RIP, and condolences to his family and friends.
