COVID-19 at reflections Memory Care in Washington

“There is an ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 at Reflections Memory Care in Washington, according to the Tazewell County Health Department.
As of today, 14 residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and three deaths have been reported. The latest death was reported yesterday, a woman in her 80s. In addition, at least two staff members have been diagnosed with COVID-19, said Sara Sparkman, spokesperson for TCHD. Because both those staff members live in Tazewell County, TCHD was able to confirm the infections - there may be other staff members who have tested positive for COVID-19 but if they live in another county that information is not immediately available to the TCHD.“
