Biourja plant update

Progress being made at Biourja in Peoria. The silo that's been smoldering for days has been torn down, once any fire or smoke was put out. But WMBD found out today that wasn't the silo that exploded. More details Live at 5 and 6 on WMBD News or on CIProud.
