Didn't that building used to be the place where counseling for abortions, and abortions were performed? I seem.to recall the company that operated it (not Planned Parenthood) had closed it.

No, this is next door to what used to be Peoria’s only abortion center. Women’s Care Center offers alternatives to abortion, including counseling and parenting classes for expectant mothers and fathers. The abortion clinic that was next door was simply an abortion mill. They did not provide counseling, just abortions for cash payments. They closed about 2 years ago.
Women’s Care Center operates solely on donations.
