Great idea! I’ll be supporting Triple Dipple’s. Their cheesecakes are amazing!

Last week’s flavor of the week was Key Lime. I bought several for the freezer.

At some point, I need to not worry about my sugar levels, and make the trek to Triple Dipples. I see tempting, mouth watering pics on Facebook all the time. And I know the owner, he used to work at PCCEO Headstart when I worked at PCCEO..

Harreld also makes low-carb versions of his cheesecakes. They are also very, very good. He usually has the vanilla one on hand, and also makes a low-carb version of his flavor of the week, when appropriate. The low-carb ones are an extra $1 (for the individual size), so $6 instead of $5. He also will make gluten-free cheesecakes, upon request. Those also have a small upcharge.
His shop is in Chillicothe, but he also sells at the Peoria Riverfront Market on Saturday mornings.
