Ribs

I had to have my fix yesterday, but instead of going to Smo-King Pit at Northwoods, I went to Khouri's Pub in Pekin. It's a local that has several places in the area. While I don't think they were keeping seating limited, they did have many tables surrounded by glass enclosures. The booths have always had high backs to the seats.
I had a half rack of baby back ribs. While not my preference for ribs, they were delicious. The meat was so tender, it was falling off the bone. Now, I seem to recall @kevwr1962 talking here or on PDC about if it's falling off the bone, it's too well done?
The dinner came with fries, slaw, and corn on the cob. I always have BBQ sauce on the side, and I needed a big glass of water after dunking rib meat into the sauce.
Overall, very satisfying.
