@Toldyouso Mayor Ali has stated repeatedly that this is someone else’s problem to fix.
I’m not mayor of Peoria. It’s not my job to fix the city’s ills.
My guess is it was the killer (or accomplice) who called it in as a suicide, just so the victim would be found.
