I'm up to September, 1976, after the political conventions when Gov. Jimmy Carter was the Democratic nominee for President. This one pokes fun at him when a government advisor visits to brief him.

I promised I would find strips poking fun at Democratic Presidents. Here's one from June, 1977, when an oil CEO is upset about Carter's oil surcharge taxes, and feels no motivation to do exploration for more oil.
