We saw one hanging out last Friday on the East side of the 474 entrance ramp off of N. Knoxville (that is just North of the Northpoint Shopping Center). He was there for a long time.

I’ll just start this comment from me out by stating I am old. In the 70’s they used to do roadblocks a lot in Peoria and thru out some parts of the county. I lived in Hanna City back then and traveled often on Rte. 116 between Peoria and Farmington because I worked in Peoria and my fiancé lived in Farmington. I had a ‘68 hatchback Barracuda and got stopped by the cops a few times because I always drove about 5 miles per hour over the speed limit. They would always make me get out of the car. This would make my fiancé furious because back in the day I wore very short skirts and platform shoes, and my dark brown hair was long down past my waist. So, my fiancé thought they were stopping me because of my looks. Oh, boy. Those were the days.
