I would like to know how much of this new spike, which is largely due to the under 30 age group, is due to the outbreaks at Peoria County Jail and Bradley University.

Why don't you call Monica this morning (309-679-6000) and answer your own question.

And the joke of the day goes to RPlant who has apparently never tried to call the Health Department in attempt to get any answer from them let alone a straight one. "We'll have someone get back to you on that' is a common response. You know, when they announce these things, one would think the media would ask this question, wouldn't you?

Not surprised by the fact that you get a recording when you call. PCCHD probably gets slammed with phone calls all day. Media gets their chance to ask questions at the daily COVID briefings.
