It was not my intention to denigrate Carl Cannon or the ELITE Program. What I was questioning was the OP stating that simply graduating from this program was a guarantee that these 40 people would not be a criminal or a "statistic of a crime" in the future. It takes way more than finishing a program like this to make that statement true. Things like distancing themselves from African American Hip Hop culture for starters.

According to most of the posting on here, just graduating Peoria HS is statistical feat my man. We get your continuous racism narrative, don't try to backpedal it dude.
